This is not a Self-Contained RV Outlet. Not recommended for an RV. The assumption was made that this was an RV OUtlet designed for use in an RV. The Self-Contained RV Outlets handle vibrations, whereas this outlet is design for a normal home use.

Bought fo my 91 Starcraft Pop-Up. Perfect replacement for the outdoor receptacle. Would've been better if it came with a gasket as it's an outdoor receptacle.

This item is exactly what I have on my 2017 Sunset Trail TT. Perfect match. I added a new outside outlet to my TT and I wanted I to be the same. The only thing I did not like was it was missing the middle screw that went into the faceplate and outlet. I had some so it was no big deal. I'm just glad it matched. Now I have an outlet in the back of my TT and another one in the middle.

Easy to replace our old yellowed outlet with this new unit. Looks great, works just fine and good value for the dollar.

The name suggests it is designed for RVs. it is not. It is not a self contained outlet, it is a typical household outlet requiring a box behind the wall.The item cannot be returned to Amazon, when I questioned why, Amazon informed me - "Upon checking here on my end it is tagged as a non returnable item because it is with hazardous material." I guess I have more hazardous materials in my house than I thought!

Good product, but thought it was white from the picture. It is grey, and should have said so.
