I got these to replace the knobs in my bathroom. The house was built in 2004 and these have never been changed and I think the people who live before here wash their hands that were very dirty and an awful lot. I opened these up and was ready to install, but unfortunately there was no C for the cold side and the knob looks silly without it. I wish that this product had came in a format. It was ready to use and that it was not missing any pieces. Unfortunately, I am not able to use it.

I originally got these thinking it was the whole thing not just the knob replacements, so I was surprised when I got them, and it was my mistake because I did not read it correctly. these are made well and will be great if I ever need to replace the shower knobs that i have now and its worth the price.
