I like the ease in which the unit was able to be installed. The box is not flimsy, and the unit is substantial, but there is a fuse and when it blows, be prepared to have a backup which is not easy to find. I think I found a replacement on Amazon, but I won't know if I bought the correct one until next week when the replacement fuse gets here. It's not enough to just buy a 10 Amp fuse, this one is smaller, thinner, and shorter than the ones in auto parts stores

The unit worked great for a bit but after about 6 months, now I can’t get it to even stay on. I replaced the pump, power converter and a multitude of other things thinking the water heater couldn’t be the problem since it was new. I’ve sent messages to the supplier, tried to find anyone to troubleshoot issues to no avail. At this point everything in the camper is now newer than this water heater. It will fire on enough to climb over 100° and then shut right back off. For $400 you can do waaay better. I’m ashamed of this purchase. Don’t buy it! There is no customer support and no warranty unless it falls under the Amazon policy!

I changed out my original water heater in my camper for this and I am so glad that I did! I couldn’t be happier with this item.

The unit is underpowered. It’s nowhere near as good as it should be. Max temp is 123f and it takes several minutes to reach that, by turning the flow down to the point that the unit will come on.This is 100% of getting what you pay for. It’s cheap, for a reason.Installation requires several fittings that are not the same as the originals, and are not included. Installation is straightforward.Does not work as well as it should. Spend a little extra money on a better unit.

Got this in June basically use it everyday as me and my small family live in are trailer all year round and it has quit working i give the unit a 3 star rating but i will give the company a 5 star rating for customer service and support
