This is a 12V DC RV thermostat for RV, Camper use. Briidea RV thermostat has many convenient features. Some of its features selecting heat or cool mode operating the fan. It controls for Cool/ Furnace/ Fan/ Off. It is for exact replacement only. Need to already have the analog control board for this thermostat to work. This will not operate with a heat pump or heat strip. Helps you provide comfort and convenient.

I live in an older camper in my son’s back yard. The air conditioner was fine for the first year. The second year I lived there, the A/C began to stall and flip the breaker so I added a fan at each end of the camper. This year was the hottest I remember in a long time. I ordered the part I needed, it came in three days, and my A/C worked like a charm this whole summer. Anyone needs fans? Haha

This product I was hesitant to purchase this item because of the price as it seems so cheap but after purchasing it, and it arrived two days after purchasing it, I am absolutely ecstatic with this item as I did buy it for my RV I had my dad come over in it and install it for me because my previous thermostat went out and as soon as he put it in my AC came back on and came to life and it was not a moment too soon as the approaching temperatures, we’re going to be reaching 90+ degrees and so far I’ve had nothing bad to say about it as it does its job and it regulates the temperature perfectly in my RV and 90+ degree weather here in central California it’s fantastic and I love it. I keep it set around 73° as I live in my RV at an RV park. And it actually keeps the trailer around 73 to 75° is the roundabout temperature it keeps it at but it does cycle on and off like it should where is the previous thermostat I had it just with the air conditioner would run constantly and I would never turn off, but I also had an issue with the previous thermostat that my heater never shut off so I would run out of propane within 3 to 5 days. So this one so far five stars I give it 100% all the way for being the perfect thermostat for under $20. It was fantastic if it goes out again before it’s time for me to sell this RV I will definitely buy another one.

Got this to replace an old RV one. Looks good but it did not solve the issue I'm having with my RV furnace.

The instructions weren’t great but over all was fairly easy to install just make sure to take a picture of the original wiring before removing old thermostat it will make your install way easier

Just an FYI. I did not understand this when I bought this thermostat. This thermostat provides a DC-negative contact for the control circuits. The thermostat I was trying to replace (Airxcel - Coleman Mach) requires a DC+ positive contact at the control circuits to function. Therefore it did not work for me. The product description did not clearly state this fact. Apparently the Dometic system that this is intended to work with functions with a DC- contact for the Compressor, Fan, Heat functions.
