Excellent quality. Robust and hopefully very accurate.

Pressure Gauge completely busted, seals busted as well with water shooting out of the regulator adjustment valve. Used twice at 2 hour sessions as a pre feed between a water hose spicket, and garden hose reel pre line. Iโve only had it two months as I bought it preemptive of the spring seasonโฆ Missed the return window. This suprised me as it looks like good quality.

Great Pressure Regulator. When I buy a pressure regulator, there are a two main things that I like to see.The number one thing that I want to see, is that it is not just a water restrictor. In other words, when I shut the water after the regulator, I donโt want to see the pressure rise, and then just restrict the water while it is running. For example, I bought this for a reverse osmosis filtering system. The gaskets are very sensitive to water pressure. I have about 80 PSI of water pressure. That made the filtering system leak, After getting the system replaced, I was informed that my water pressure was too high for it to handle. I bought this water pressure regulator in order to keep the pressure about 35 PSI. I put a pressure gauge inline right before the filtering system. I was expecting that when nothing was running, that the pressure would go up to 80 psy, and when I turned on the filers, it would drop. That is simply a water restrictor. Many companies call water restrictor, water regulators. However I was very pleasantly surprised to find out that this was a true water regulator. Even when ther was no water running, the pressure on the built in gauge, and the inline gauge that I installed stayed exactly at 35 psi. What can I say accept, YAY!This is a true regulator, that keeps the pressure right where it is set and does not allow it to go past that. It will drop, if there is not enough water flow or pressure to maintain the preset, but thatโs just physics. Simply put, this regulator stays where you set it whether the water is flowing or not. That is the most important aspect that I look for.Another thing that I really like about this regulator, it that it is very easy to adjust. Simply pull the adjustment knob out slightly. There is a click, that lets you know itโs in adjustment mode, and then turn it to increase or decrease the pressure setting. I will say that I was expecting the pressure to decrease when I turned it clockwise, and vice versa. It is the opposite. Turning it clockwise increases the pressure and counter clockwise decreases the pressure setting. Note, that you do need to run some water through it to get it set properly. This is just a minor detail, and isnโt an issue at all. It was just unexpected. When finished setting it, simply push the know back in until it snaps back in place. Easy. The gauge is not oil filled. It is simply a standard water pressure gauge, and it is accurate. Mine is installed inside, so that is not really an issue for me. It works, and it works well. If installing outside in hot and cold climates, it may be better to look for a gauge that is oil filled.Overall, this pressure gauge is very well built. It is almost all solid brass, and Iโve never had a leak of any kind. For my purpose, I have nothing but great things to say about it.Would I buy another one? Absolutely. I wouldnโt hesitate at all. I highly recommend this regulator for its durability, easy of use, and accuracy. It does not restrict water, I get the same flow from it no mater what pressure it is set at. It does exactly as it states, it regulates water pressure.

Our trailer is at a campground and I attached this to the water line, set the pressure at 45, and had zero problems with it.Good product and would buy it again. I'm hoping I get years out of this.

This valve works just like it's supposed to. It's easy to hook up to a garden spigot and hose. To adjust the water pressure, just loosen the top screw, lift the black plastic cap, and twist the valve to the desired setting. I have a special use for it that requires about 15 psi or less, and it works perfectly. The valve keeps the pressure around 10 psi, which is the lowest it can go.

High water pressure from source created a leak at RV commode fitting. (about 80 psi from the street) Removed the fitting, applied some thread tape and reduced the pressure to just under 20 psi. More than enough to get the job done.
