Directions were so small and hard to see. Barely said anything. Wish it had photo breakdowns. But anyway, we installed it properly. Tightened with a drill like it said. Strapped down with included straps. Within 15 minutes we got flagged down on the highway. The entire thing came off the bumper and was dragging behind our trailer and ruined our 300$ sewer caddy. Extremely angry. Don’t buy this cheap thing.
