I needed a power tongue jack for my pop up camper. I read many reviews about this item before purchasing and was warned it is a high return item. I am extremely happy with it. It came undamaged, attached easily and works perfectly. As for the many reviews stating it is very slow, it is no slower than the manual jack I replaced and standing while pushing a button is a lot easier. Worth the money.

The jack itself works just fine but Amazon beat the ever loving snot out of the box so the jack plastic cover was broken and of course Amazon was a nightmare to deal with about this. I’m sorry to the original seller but I couldn’t accept a busted cover. I was send another to remove the cover and keep it then I sent the jack back so Hopfully it finds you alright.

I have a 32ft trailer. It has a decent amount of tongue weight. This lifts it with ease. Some say it is a bit slow. I think it is fine. Has a good work light on it as well. Overall it is a good lift for the money.

Love this thing, works great, I use a jump starter/power pack to operate till I get it wired direct to 12 volt supply! Very happy with it and it comes with a cover and built in light, very thoughtfull of the makers of this thing! Great purchase, no more hand crank, too old for that now…

I installed this jack on my travel trailer and it worked fine at that time. The next time I went to use my trailer the jack went down fine but would not raise the trailer back up. It is 44 days since I bought this so I can’t return. I’m pretty sure the failure is at the switch.

This jack is complete garbage because the guys clearly don't know what they're doing. Had the jack mostly installed and went to function the electrical before tightening everything down. Lights, check. Up down switch? Nope. The imbeciles wired the switch so both up and down buttons moved the jack up only... Managed to access the switch but all connections are apparently one time, broke it trying to pull a wire and place it somewhere else. Which just so happened to work, but no way of securing the wire to the switch anymore it became a piece of scrap. Thanks for wasting my valuable time.
