I think the battery is not new does not keep charge,or something wrong with gun.Has to be fully charged to work

Refurbished product isn't reliable. The actuator is full of caked grease and sawdust. I seriously doubt the factory serviced or tested this, because you can see the sawdust just by opening it to load nails.I'm already passed the Amazon return date, but I'm going to take a stab at cleaning it. If I can't make it chooch, it's going back under warrantee return, hopefully.

I love this new finishing gun. Putting down baseboard and any other light wood finish is a breeze. This has been a very reliable product for me. It sure beats hitting my thumb with a hammer...The battery last a good long time, but My jobs have been wuick n easy. Still I love the fact it's cordless...essy 5 stars from me. Highly recommended for the average intermittent jobs around the home.
