It's adorable but it doesn't fit her. To big. Great for small dog but not a ferret.

Love this harness look, color & cute bow tie for my 4 mo old 5 lb kitten. And it would fit my older, 10 mo old 9lb kitten too. Only complaint/ suggestion is the front strap & Velcro should be narrower as it’s really sturdy Velcro which doesn’t bend well under cats throat. So if they are resting chin on it, have seen kitten swallow hard like it’s bugging him. I’m hoping it will soften up with use. But in most positions like 1 napping he is fine & he loves walking in yard with it. Also leash is fine except can’t fit hand in the handle which I prefer. The Velcro is sturdy so if have to grab leash it easily holds kitten, (vs another cat vest harness Velcro failed after few months & came off my older kitten) so this passes the test there.overall for the price & quality def recommend

I should have paid more attention to the add because I didn't notice that the harness is completely secured by Velcro. I don't know about everyone else but every ferret I have had goes crazy for Velcro as soon as they hear it being adjusted so that didn't go well. When we finally got it secured, he just walked right out of it. The neck strap is way too wide to be functional and again "it's Velcro" I am throwing mine away and ordering something else.Hope this helps.

Fit my 8 week old teacup pubut when she was about 1 lb. It seems like it will fit small breed puppies up to about 2.5lbs 8-16/weeks, if the dog is a short haired breed maybe longer.I tried multiple stores looking for a harness. Nothing fit so I went searching for options as the typical adjustable sizes were way too large. My puppy was too small for an xs kitten harness and literally all dog harnesses so I'm grateful to find something to have her in so that I could work on training, bringing her to the vet, stores etc. Most of the time she was either being carried with the harness or was indoors. This is velcro I'd test it inside before considering outdoor use on the ground. If you put it on carefully the velcro seemed sturdy. I'll be happy to transition her to a traditional harness when she gets large enough as this isn't really for dog use but worked given the circumstances... If used improperly or if a puppy was very scared/bolted I think it is possible to slip out or detach the velco ...that being said none of those things have happened with me but I'd monitor elementary aged children.***warning this harness should not be used to lift animals as it will place stress on the underside of the pet's neck. It's served me well so far, I would recommend for basic usage with small breed puppies that are prone to tracheal disease or damage...harness are better in the long run, this was likr a training wheel harness for my pup.

This harness was just what I needed for my 4-pound toy Yorkie, but unfortunately it was the first item I was able to find that was actually too small for my pup. Since it seemed to be a great product, I ordered the next larger size, hopefuly that will ork out

Straps are super thick, barely pliable in a comfortable way for smaller, bendy pets (like ferrets). The width of the straps underneath are so wide, that it inhibits a ferret from walking without tumbling over (for context, I ordered 3 of these, tried them on my 2 ferrets, then gave them to a buddy to see if it fit his ferrets (older and larger than mine)...nope.3 harnesses tested on 7 ferrets ages from 6 months to 3 1/2 years, and on males and females with varying lengths and widths. All 7 easily slipped out no matter how tight we made the harnessesAll 7 kept falling over due to the thickness of the material as well as the strapsStraps are so thick, that when you fasten them together under the ferret, the velcro triples the thickness and grinds across the floor as they tried to walkThick straps also left little room between head and front feet, as it acted like a giant neck braceThe opening where their feet go is thin and doesn't provide enough clearance for comfortable movement, which contributes to stumblingI can see how it's a cool, effective harness for taller, less slippery pets (cats, tiny dogs, etc), but on the several cases I experienced, as well as many of the comments I'm reading here, not a good thing to use on a ferret.

The sizes are a little confused. I got two of these for my ferrets, I used the size scale and a Tailor's measuring tape to make my selection. OVERSIZED! The small vest is huge on my little ferret but fits my big boy perfectly. The medium vest is huge on my big ferret but fits my 11 pound mini Doberman perfect???? Overall they are nice. Just wish the sizing was accurate and that they offered an extra small.
