Other than the wrong threaded nut, that I tried zipping on my shaft with a 1/4" impact with a socket, because we all know those new lock nuts are are a total B to get on, and it initially felt like it was the correct thread, until the 4th or 5th ugga dugga from the impact when I realized something was horribly wrong. Removing it showed that I had messed up the threads on my shaft beyond recognition, well long story short, a bit of work with a die file, a right angle grinder, a lot of swearing, and with my fingers crossed, I was able to get my original nut back on, peened the center of the shaft slightly, and amazingly, so far so good. No more runout or end play, no more leakie leakie of my engines prescious dinosaur squeezings into my intake track, and no more worry of my engine running away.Took longer to get the turbo out, and back in than it took to rebuild, even with my big F up. Kit was easy to install, just make sure you have a good set of internal snap ring pliers, no not any of the ones they sell at Napa or orileys, ain't going to cut it. Wave down a tool truck, buy a decent kit, you'll need a long nose, tiny pin version. Or sacrifice one of your smaller needle nose pliers to the belt sander and whittle the tips down nice and small.I used this kit to rebuild the S365.5 turbo that came in my BD Diesel Iron Horn Kit for my 6.7l Cummins engine.Good luck, and check that nut.

Had turbine seal fail after a couple months causing oil to burn out exhaust

Ordered the kit the night my thrust bushing gave out and arrived a couple hours later in the morning thru prime. 360 degree thrust bushing fit in my bw s366 no problem. It's a little tighter than the 270 I removed but will slide right in by moving it arround a little. I would have liked the option to include the upgraded turbine wheel since they take a week to arrive.

It works. More expensive than most kits. Disappointed it doesn't come with a new retaining snap ring.

all you need for a rebuild, i like it even if the upgraded 360 did not work on the s366
