Hose connectors that came with it were the wrong size. The holes in the filter designed for the connectors to screw into were much bigger than the threaded end of the connector. Thread tape was provided but it would have taken the whole role on one connector to build it up to size. Had to acquire the correct size connectors (used) from elsewhere to make it work.
