The Superbox came without the Android App Store pre-installed so it’s absolutely useless. The product is defective! I asked the seller if they could send me a box with the App Store installed and the response was all their boxes had the same issue. I was told by the seller I could return the box which cost me $13.35 to return. Why is the consumer responsible for the return costs of a seller’s defective product? The package was received by the seller yesterday. I contacted them today about the status of my refund. No response yet. If I don’t get reimbursed by the end of today I will report the seller and contact Amazon customer service. Additionally, I want reimbursement for the return costs. My question now is whether the seller is continuing to sell these boxes knowing they don’t work?????

Item doesn't load the required "App Store" icon. Without that, this is just any other dongle. After spending a couple of hours of trying different known "fixes", nothing has changed. Somewhere I see the seller requests that if I'm having trouble with the app, I should download the proper software from them. Having no intention of doing that, I request a refund as item is defective. I'm notified the seller will review my request within 48 hours to determine if they are going to approve the return. They approve the return and issue a shipping label - and then instruct me to pay for postage. If shipping is more than $30, then contact them For an alternate shipper. Since the SuperBox is a quasi-black market product, I shouldn't be surprised coming across disreputable sellers.

We are very happy with the super box 5. I purchased 2 of them and will probably get a 3rd.. it was a few days learning experience but once you get that down it's easy to use.. is it perfect all the time? No... but fir no monthly fee I will not complain about a little bit of freezing up once in a while.. my husband does not complain about it so that's a huge deal...he gets all his sports that he watches... the only thing for me is I watch Days of our Lives and even though all 60 seasons are there it doesn't update the new shows every day.. so for that reason I will have to continue paying for the Peacock app... other then that I canceled all other apps I was paying for. I give this a big thumbs up..

I've purchased 3 of these. One for each of my homes and one as a gift. Through apps that you load after the box is set up and connected to WiFi, this effectively replaces all TV and movie streaming subscription apps. At least all that I need. Sports coverage is incredible. Instructions to load the apps are included. The instructions are not the best but you should be able to figure it out without too much difficulty. Picture quality is 4K, which is the difference between the blue vs. black box.There are a few cons but none that would stop me from purchasing. The user interface could be better. It's similar to a cable box. Adequate but a little clunky compared to Hulu, YouTube TV, Apple TV, Roku, etc. The remote has to be pointed directly at the box and requires long, intentional, pressing to register. I'm not sure if this is something that a universal remote would correct. Sometimes you will get booted out to the main menu. My guess is this happens when a lot of people are watching the same program, although I'm not sure. Sometimes, the video on demand takes a long time to load, and you may need to try a couple of times before getting access to the video you want to watch. These quirks are a little annoying but not terrible. I definitely recommend this product.

I waited to write this to see - Had this for about a month now with very little issues. Picture is amazing, choice of channels is great, well worth it.

Works great so far… I’d recommend to side step the satellite companies… All ya need in Wi-Fi …This is my second. I still have an older model in use as well for other TV… Between the new and old, they do have several different down loaded providers. The older model appears to maneuver between onboard providers a little easier for me. Could be I’m a more familiar with the older model… Yet both work virtually the same.
