Works fantastic in my PS5. I installed a heat sink with this because it was recommended by Sony. Fast memory and it works just as well as the original built-in drive.

Eigentlich ok ..Vorsicht ... wird beim ersten Kontakt mit dem PC nicht erkannt .. nicht angezeigt ..über USB versucht ..muß mit einem sep. Prog initialisiert werden . eingebunden und so weiter ....ist unter win 11 H 2o nervent -- wollte die Karte schon zurückschicken ..dann unter NIUBI Partition Editor versucht - nix ..gewartet ..irgendwann wurde angefragt ob die Blatte eingebunden werden soll --nach 10 minkenne ich nur von Linux.. Systemen- hab n aurius Gamer Bord .. ritzen 7 .schon komischaber hat dann alles hingehauen .. beim zweiten versuch dann die Haupt - Festplatte auch geklont ..liegt jetzt als Sicherungsträger im Save ..die erste 2 TB ssd PCIe 4 hat noch über 300 € gekostet ...doch gerne wieder .. aber halt scheinbar nich für ran und hoppmanfred herbel

I have had this for almost a month now no issues works great and the best part I did not have to put a heatsink on it. I have a lot more storage on my PS5 know for more games. Oh and it’s fast on my load times too. The price is way better than the other brands too.

It’s been about a month now since I bought this 2tb M.2 SSD to install and increase internal storage on PS5, I so regret not doing this earlier. The install was easy although I suggest watching a few videos on YouTube for assistance, the SSD is lightning fast, comes with full 2TB and I’ve been super happy. I also didn’t install any extra heating as it comes ready to go and again, a month in with no issues as for heat or noise or anything else.

I purchased this SSD June 6th 2024 and within 6 months of light use, it basically exploded. I was editing a photo in lightroom classic when the unit unexpectedly ejected from my computer. When i grabbed the enclosure it was so hot that I couldn't pick it up and had to wait for it to cool down. When opening the enclosure, I found thermal paste everywhere and it appears as if this m.2 heat up so much it nearly melted. I contacted their customer service via email on December 28th and have yet to receive a response. I also forwarded the email to a representative in the US market and will update this when I receive a response. I'd like to continue to purchase their products and hope this was a defective unit and not a representation of the quality of their products.

I had some trepidation buying an SSD from a company (Fanxiang) I've never heard of but I have heard of very good things about the 3D NAND chips from Yangtze Memory Technologies Corp (YMTC) which is supposedly used in the SSD so I was very interested in trying it out.Wow! I am super impressed! The SSD itself looks just as well made as other better known brands and I appreciated that it came with a tiny screw and screw driver in the kit.I migrated my Dell XPS desktop from a smaller SK Hynix PC801 NVMe 512GB SSD to the larger 2TB Fanxiang S880 SSD.
