Purchased this heating element for a Nutone model 765HL. We’ve had several heating elements burn out (stop producing heat) over the years and Nutone advised not to run the heating feature too long…maybe 10 minutes maximum at a time. We rarely ran it that long, but the elements eventually burn out. This is my first time purchasing the part from a company other than Nutone (and it was about 1/3 the price of Nutone’s price). The part was easy to install, but to remove the old part, I had to cut off a zip tie that was holding the wires in place. So far, the new heating element is working as expected and at this point I would recommend it.
