I’ve had this on my badge for work (I’m a nurse) every day since I got it and it has held up great! The clasp is very strong and there are no issues with it coming loose. I use the little sharpie all the time and it hasn’t dried up. I also bought some mini scissors and the clasp has held those nicely too. I’ve gotten compliments from all my coworkers.

These are nice little pens that are easily accessible on your badge. The only thing that I have been disappointed with is the multi color ink pen.. it’s very easy for you to forget that the pen is out and for it to accidentally write on your clothes as your moving about.. I have worn my white lab jacket and gotten ink marks all over it one day when I finally realized what was happening.. the pen got left pushed out and had been making marks all over my white jacket! If you can have presence of mind to remember to click it back in every time then you won’t have to worry about this happening.
