This cymbal is thicker than I was expecting for a fast crash and is not what I would call fast sounding.It is a great sounding cymbal for the money and has quite a bit of weight to it.It will work in many different styles of music unless you are very heavy handed.Sound wise it is bright with a mix of undertones and has the glassy quality you expect from the XSR range.Amazon dont seem to know how to pack cymbals as this one came in a thin box with a tiny bit of screwed up paper and nothing to protect the cymbal from damage.Thankfully it made it intact. So check your cymbals well.Overall a good cymbal for those who want the Sabian b20 sound at mid range prices.
