They were cheap. BUT... Pull tab for removal to short. Trying to pry out of ear with finger and lost red insert on first use. JohnnyD

Title says it all. Comfortable, but not the easiest to change sizing. For the money a waste for indoor ranges so only if you have an outdoor need do these offer value. Maybe alternate use too but pricey for that. Mine sit on a shelf.

I ordered a few of these to wear after my ear doctor recommended that I wear ear protection while driving my big rig. So far three sets of these have had the Piezo filters that are set in the middle, fall out. If you’re lucky and you see it fall out and then you’ll be able to pick it up and push the filter back in. If you’re not lucky (like me) eventually they’ll fall out while you’re working rendering them useless and you’ll have to throw them away.

I have 3 sets, one for my .22 range bag, one for my 9mm bag, and one for my son. We really like them. The small set fits my ear and I could never get foamies to work at all. We shoot several times a month and they work great. We can hear the RSO commands and the shots are muffled. Way more comfortable than muffs, but for larger caliber rifles under a cover we use muffs over them. Reviewers that say they don't work, probably don't have them inserted far enough. Maybe they should try the smaller size.

These work as advertised. Reduces sound just a little but seamed to do a great job of blocking the sound of gunfire. I have an 308 with a muzzle break it is extremely loud. Fired 10 rounds with no problems.
