This stool was packaged beautifully and suffered no damage in transit. It did take a bit longer to get to us than anticipated, but part of the problem was a snowstorm, so it wasn't the fault of the seller. It's absolutely gorgeous and is displayed in my medical office as a decoration. We get compliments on it all the time!

Great product. I was worried about the stool arriving in one piece but knowing Safavieh products, I ordered with confidence. The stool arrives encased in styrofoam and was in beautiful condition. We are enjoying it greatly on our porch. The quality is great and it shipped quickly.
