Full disclosure: I do not have 'Apple Play' in my vehicle (Toyota 4Runner 2016) but I love my music and navigation console. Part of the console includes an 'Aux' jack so this bluetooth transmitter/receiver was perfect for my vehicle. I've had similar devices before and have been disappointed - so far, this one seems to be great. One bonus: there is a distinct button for setting the device to transmit, receive or OFF. (other similar devices I've had would not really shut off and had to be recharged constantly) A couple things to note: the directions are not great, but having used similar devices, it was fairly intuitive to set up. The device linked quickly with my IPhone bluetooth. There is a loss of volume when pairing with an IPhone - however, I was able to able to get plenty of volume using my truck's radio volume control, and the volume on my IPhone.

Use it every day in my work truck, I could upgrade the radio but this is a lot easier and I don't have to ask anyone or spend $100-200 or whatever on a new radio. Lasts about a week before it needs charging but that's no problem because my phone uses the same usb-c charging port so I just stick the phone charger in it for an out and it's good for a while.Much preferable to satellite radio options for me because since I'm using my phone it automatically pauses my music or ebooks when a call comes in.

Nice little bluetooth transmitter and receiver. Have a friend who travels a lot, so I just tested it out using an old MP3 player, and a bluetooth speaker. Was fairly easy to pair to the speaker, and worked well. Sound wasn't the best, but not sure if that was this device or on my end. Either way, nice bluetooth device.

SOLVES THE AIRPLANES THAT DO NOT SUPPORT BLUETOOTH!I use this on my flights. Some of the planes are not updated to allow you to listen on your own headphones. I simply plug this into the right of the two holes on the plane and it does a great job of letting me listen on my own bluetooth headphones.PAIRING was a little difficult because of the fact that I think another one of my devices was still trying to connect. So basically, you have to turn off the other devices that will try to connect to your headphones, to get them to connect to this thing.THE SIZE is nice and it fits easily into your pocket. In my case, i just put it into my backpack and it is also so small that you can easily just let it hang from the hole in the unit.CHARGING is fast because it uses a USB-C port and Ive not yet had it go dead at all, so i have no idea how long it will actually last :) but it has to be a long long time lolOverall a great value for the money and a great product :)

with the explosion of Bluetooth wireless headsets and earbuds, I needed a solution to connect to the entertainment system on the airplane. Ta-da!!!! This is the perfect solution. Charge it up, plug it into the headset jack (adapter supplied if one is needed for that peculiar two-prong airplane jack), and pair up to your head- or ear-phones. You will no longer be tangled in cords should someone on your row need to get out, and (for me, anyway), I can use my favorite noise-canceling earbuds to get all that background silence goodness. I can acutally hear the movie or music without cranking the volume up to MAX to overcome that background rumble. I suppose you can use it at home with your TV, but that is just icing on the cake - this is really a must-have for your airplane travel kit.

Las principales ventajas de este transmisor bluetooth (BT) son:1. Funciona en los dos sentidos. Es un emisor de señal (seleccionar TX), por ejemplo, de una tele sin BT pero con salida jack 3.5 mm, y también como receptor (seleccionar RX) por lo que puede añadir funcionalidad BT a una aparato de música antiguo.2. Tiene múltiples codecs para una compatibilidad máxima. A destacar el más moderno APTX de muy baja latencia, idóneo para ver películas y que no haya retraso entre la imagen y el sonido.3. El emparejamiento es fácil mientras se mantenga el transmisor cerca del aparato al que se quiera conectar por BT y no haya otro 'más potente' cercano que interfiera. La conexión en casa es estable, no la he probado en otros ambientes.4. Tiene una batería interna recargable por USB-C, que será necesaria para usarlo por ejemplo en un avión o tren y escuchar el sonido por BT.5. Tiene controles integrados de volumen, parada y salto de canción, muy útiles en modo receptor si el auricular no los incluye o son de accionamiento difícil. Funcionan bien.6. Trae una completa gama de accesorios para todas las situaciones posibles (doble conector hembra de 3.5 mm, adaptador de doble mono-jack 3.5 para aviones antigüos, e incluso un capuchón protector para el conector 3.5 mm macho.7. La única que encuentro es que no especifica la capacidad de la batería, declara 25-27 horas, lo que seguramente es muy optimista, pero con la mitad ya habría suficiente para un viaje largo. No tiene indicador de carga restante, aunque apretando el botón M tres veces da destellos verde que hay que contar para saber la carga de la batería, desde 1 hasta 5. En casa se puede conectar a la corriente o a un puerto USB del aparato al que esté conectado.2. No he encontrado la manera de seleccionar el codec deseado, la elección parece completamente automática.En conclusión, un aparato muy versátil y con BT de calidad.

J'ai reçu cet émetteur ou récepteur audio Bluetooth (2 en 1)...Avec ses 2 modes, ce transmetteur peut aussi bien servir pour récupérer l'audio d'une sortie jack 3.5 d'un appareil (Avoin, TV...) , et la diffuser dans un casque Bluetooth; que pour, à partir d'un signal Bluetooth issu d'un Smartphone ou autre... sortir l'audio sur sa prise jack 3.5, afin d'alimenter un amplificateur audio quelconque.On a sur ce modèle, un élégant design blanc aux angles arrondis (à la façon d'Apple...), que j'aime bien.Ce boitier compact fonctionne sur batterie (recharge en USB-C avec son cable adaptateur USB-A assorti).Il est équipé d'un cordon court à fiche jack stéréo standard 3.5mm.Il y a un inter à glissière pour l'allumer en mode Récepteur Bluetooth (RX) ou Emetteur Bluetooth (TX).La face supérieure est pourvue d'un "écran". This device seems to work well. The sound quality is OK. It's hard for me to really say as when I pair my earbuds to my iPhone the sound is customized with apps. This you basically get the content from what you have it plugged into. It comes with the transmitter/reciever, a female to female adapter, a keyring cap, and an old style airplane adapter. I haven't seen any of the old style connections in some time. The transmitter has four buttons - up/down, multifunction, pair/reset, and an Rx/off/Tx switch. Turn it on and select the receive or transmit. Press the pair butting to go into search mode. If you chose TX put your earbuds into pairing mode and it should pair to device "A". Press the pair button and it goes into search mode again, Then you can pair a second device to device "B" if you want. I have a set of Jabra Elite 75t's and a set of Apple AirPod Pro 2's paired as I write this review. Both of these earbuds support the SBC and AAC codecs. However with this transmitter I can only connect with the SBC codec. When connected the pause / play from my earbuds works but be aware it does not pause the device you are plugged into. You can press the Multifunction button on the device to so the same thing. It only mutes the sound. Also volume up / down works from my earbuds. That can also be done with the +/- on the device. Once paired my earbuds just connect when I turn it on. If you want to use it as a receiver switch to Rx and press the pairing button. Go to your phone and it should show up in the list as SafeFly Dot. Connect and away you go. Using my iPhone it connected using the AAC codec. You android users will probably connect with the APTX codec. All the buttons are big enough for my fat fingers. The display screen is OK but the lettering is small for my old eyes. You get use to it but I have other transmitters that have better output screen. One thing I noticed is that this one connects slower than the another one I have. It's not long but longer than I'm used to. And most of the time it connects muted so you have to press the Multifunction button to turn on the sound. I didn't think it was connected but it was just paused/muted. You can always tell by noting if the "A" or "B" light is on. One thing that happened is I had it plugged into an iPod and when I pulled the mini stereo connector out the plastic cover over the connector pulled off the connector. I don't know if it's a press fit or supposed to be glued on. I need to put some glue on it so it won't come loose anymore. I'm giving it one star less for that. Otherwise it's doing the job. I think it's a good buy.
