I love that i can control it from my phone but it runs out of water faster than the others and lately hasn't been working properly but idk why its also bot that easy to clean thoroughly in certain places so don't use oil in it cause it does stain easy but the app is perfect with it and it does the trick for the most part

We've had this humidifier now for two years. I selected this one because of the reviews and because I could use with Alexa. During cold months it runs 6 to 8 hours a day. I use filtered water and clean all parts at least once a week to prevent bacterial growth and buildups. It took a couple of tries to get the settings I wanted. I use Alexa to schedule nightly turn off and to start it up. It is well worth the money. I do highly encourage the frequent cleaning to ensure you're breathing clean mist.

We got this and when I opened it, everything was opened already. We thought that was weird but we tried it out anyway and it reservoir would not stop filling up and it leaked all over my counter. We couldn’t find anything online about this problem. We think someone else got this, had the same problem, returned it and then they sent it to us! We returned it and will not be buying it again.

I used to have a cheap canadian tire humidifier that worked beautifully, never leaked, never had a single problem running etc.. the safety 1st looks nice but works horribly. It leaks, its hard to clean, impossible to clean some parts, and it errors and says the water is empty when its full constantly and automatically shuts off

My 90-y-o mom has a lifelong history of nosebleeds and suffers from dementia. The dry heat of the fall and winter mons only adds to the issue but they're usually quite minor and easy to keep under control. However, she was recently put on a blood thinner so they are much more frequent and concerning. In an attempt to alleviate the seriousness of them, I purchased this humidifier so that I can control it from my phone. I turn it on right before I go to bed and I set the time for 12 hours so the mist is running the whole time she's asleep. It hasn't completely resolved the issue, but it has certainly helped! It's a great machine!! (I also get the alert when the water level is too low. I am with her a few times a week but when I cannot be there, the staff is great at making sure the well is filled)

I could not be happier with this purchase, the app lets me control the humidity / change the lighting for bed time. The auto setting is great and leaving it set on auto it will run for about two days in our home without running out of water. The temp showing is always super helpful as well

Love this. I had the original one but didn’t like how often it had to be cleaned. This one is so much better especially for busy new parents. Set it to auto and it just adjusts to the temperature of the room. Just buy it. Only complaint the front display keeps showing me the temperature in Fahrenheit not Celsius. Other than that it’s great
