Unfortunately the 0 in 40 was already ripped before we started blowing them up. Also for the price I felt the quality overall should have been better.

Poor quality - the big gold 40 balloons not able to use. We got the 4 out of the packet today and it has multiple splits along the edges, so can’t be blown up or used

Disappointed number 4 fool balloon didn't inflate at all and some of the smaller balloons had small holes in them and deflated as soon as I pumped them up poo and very disappointing as they were for a friends 40th birthday surprise party
