The bunny heated water bottle is thermostatically controlled to operate, automatically keeping water from freezing. When the temperature of the ice eliminator exceeds 104 degrees Fahrenheit, the power supply will be automatically disconnected to ensure safety.

It’s okay. It does work but water can still freeze if it gets cold enough outside so I ended up not using it

Nice rabbit cold weather solution. These work great a keeping water thawed out when freezing. Temp dropped to 17°f and never once started to freeze the bottles.

I love that it keeps water from freezing. I love the compact size. Very easy to hang up. My rabbits always have fresh water no matter the temperature. Remember to unplug in not freezing weather or the water is too warm for critters.

I purchased this for winter in Maine. I had high hopes for this but unfortunately it didn't hold up for me. The heater does not stay on and the top of the waterer freezes.I purchased another brand and have been very happy with it

I ordered 4 of these and they 'work'. My rabbits are inside and we haven't had any super hard freezer, so they provide what I need. If you are looking for extreme conditions this would not be ideal. It does come with mounting options and is already assembled which is nice. I haven't seen any of mine leak. The nipple is a little stiffer than my rabbits are used to and it took them a couple of days before they would use them regularly. The black warming sleeve is where the problems begin.... it is hot glued and zip tied into place. Once it warms the hot glue softens and the sleeve can come undone. It still functions, but again am using these in very mild conditions. Order with caution.

Much better design, easier to clean, rubber top won’t crack and break like others do. Good products. Only issue is when water is below the heater wrapped area, have to take top off to see water level but that’s easy to do.After finally needing to use these in negative sub zero temps, but. inside a barn, I found that these actually heat the water up too hot. We had to hook them up thru smart plugs and set timers to turn them off every several hours because they made the water too hot.

We were moving our bunny from her outdoor winterized hutch to the garage for our impending blizzard. When I unhooked our new heated water bottle, it felt really warm. I stuck my finger in and OMG!! Then I used our kitchen thermometer and 113 degrees!!! Our poor bunny!!! (We bought this bottle after taking our bun to the animal er with the beginnings of GI stasis which we realized began because the nipple on the old bottle had failed.) :(
