It is light and comfortable. Fits nicely over my work shirts. Plenty of pockets for work related items like safety glasses, pens and small note pads. The radio-clip shoulder straps are very conveniently located with a professional appearance.

Pro: 5 point breakaway with a bunch of pocketsCon: Check with your contractor or client you work for if they a permissible on the premises, as some places that require these breakaways also require a specific color and scheme contractor vest.
