The bag does a pretty good job insulating and keeping out rain/snow. I haven't taken advantage of the window on the back yet, but look forward to personalizing!It's nice that the side flaps have less velcro, which allows the top to be pulled up quickly. However, a bit more would be good, as the hooks can accidentally be flipped out, preventing these flaps from being secured.The biggest improvement I think this needs is with the included rack. The slots through which the straps pass are too small for the buckles, making the buckles useless. If you need to take the bag off for any reason, it will take some work to undo the straps from all buckles first. I'm hoping I can file the slots to be large enough without making it fragile.One other issue worth knowing before buying is that this bag is not large enough for a large pizza. I found this out too late during a Doordash session 😬

Could be a bit thicker but it gets the job done. A couple insulated tote bags on the inside to help keep orders separated and extra insulation works pretty good. It is a bit large and on my vitacci tank 200 if you set it on there correctly you can't see your brake light but you can shift it forward to gain brake light but lose access to your fuel tank.
