I ordered a second set of 8 radios for our company because we loved the first set so much. I also decided to get another multi-charger, but this time I wanted the longer single row version. I did not notice that it was for the FPCN10A radios. When it did not work to charge my radios I emailed Samcom. I quickly had a response informing me of the mistake. Situation resolved. This company is awesome to deal with.
