These books were just what we needed to make recipe guides for my daughters. The quality, price, durability, size, and look was just what we needed.

These 3 ring RECIPES binders are just what we need to begin the overwhelming job of organizing and preserving my mother's and both grandmothers' recipes. There are some that date back 4 generations, all the way up to ones my mom cut from the electric co-op magazine several months before her death.I have sisters-in-law, and 7 nieces who all want some of the recipes, and it will be a labor of love that may last several years. These binders are sturdy, with several different cover designs to choose from. The vinyl wipes clean, and will hold many page protector sheets.Cost effective method of preserving history.

Disappointed in myself for not reading the contents completely. I could have just purchased a binder, divider and sleeves….I guess I was expecting recipe cards to write on. Now I need to scramble to print some on my own.

This is a simply great recipe binder. I'm old school (and also old) and I don't like looking at a digital screen when I'm cooking. I also like being able to jot down notes on my recipe cards that help or improve specific recipes.A really great hidden feature is the ability to download custom template recipe cards from the seller based on the design of the binder you have purchased. I've already downloaded mine and just need to start printing a few to try them out. Not sure yet if I will go with standard 20lb paper or if I'll try some heavier card stock.

This is basically like a high school three ring notebook with a packet of 30 or so clear insert sheets that open at the top, and a packet of plastic divider sheets with tabs at the top that you can fill with the cardboard paper tabs included to identify sections. It is good if you want to make a homemade cookbook with scraps of recipes you have collected here and there.I think it is easier to use this than the small card files because you don't have to copy recipes onto cards. You can take the one you wrote out on a sheet of notebook paper and slide it in. You can cut out the one on the bag of flour and slide it in. Then the size is like that of a typical book, so you can just put it on the shelf with your other cookbooks.

This is a nice binder that will help keep your recipes organized and sheet protectors to prevent them from getting soiled as you whip up your favorites. It comes with 30 sheet protectors, which is a good start, but a bit limiting for those of us who cook a lot or have a large collection of recipes. As such, this binder will be used to organize my most-loved recipes which are far fewer. The included sheet protectors are "Samsill" brand which are easy to find if you're looking for more and want them to match the ones included with this set.For the money, this is a pretty run-of-the-mill binder with a hard snap lock versus a higher-end softer closing mechanism. For the money, I expected better. You will also receive a set of tabbed dividers that are not color-coded, which would have been nice if you wanted to section the binder and be able to get where you're going at a glance. For those wanting a cleaner more monochromatic look, this will do, but it's a bit less practical than color-coding. I will probably swap these for color-coded ones since I prefer that, but it's not a deal-breaker. You also get a set of tabs that you can label as desired which is great, but it also would have been nice to have gotten a set of pre-fabricated labels to accompany those for things most people are likely to use, even if it's just simple things like "appetizers," "mains," "desserts" and the like. I have a label printer so I can make my own, but it may be a hassle for people who don't have a printer and are left to handwrite their tabs.Overall, this will be a nice binder for organizing the "go-to" recipes that my family loves most in a way that will preserve them while I use them, but also for future generations to enjoy (I hope!) long after I'm no longer the family cook!

I had been keeping my recipes in a similar fashion prior to ordering this binder. I like that the rings are set into the back of the book rather than the binding. This makes the pages stay flat and you don't always have to fix it when closing the book. I consider this a major improvement. I also like the tabs to divide the types of recipes. It would have been nice if some preprinted tabs had been included so it would look nicer than handwriting the labels. Overall, it's a nice book for keeping your recipes organized if you prefer printed recipes as I do.

This is a really nice recipe binder that comes with 30 sheet protectors and 8 tabbed dividers. I cook a lot and am always looking for new recipes to try so I print lots of recipes off the internet. This will make a nice recipe book for me. I don't like looking at a computer screen when cooking. I want a printed recipe to look at. One that I can add notes too if I make any changes. This binder is sturdy and durable. It's easy to open and close the rings. It also has a pocket on the front inside cover. I'm very pleased with it.
