The sound is pretty crappy. It also drops signal a lot of times.

I love this mic. With that said this is the third time I’ve purchased it. My 1st one lasted a long time and I was teaching about 22 classes a week. It finally pooped out after about 10 years or so. My second I bought maybe a few years before COVID. I went back to teaching just recently and I’m not sure what happened but it wasn’t working anymore. Just bought my 3rd. It’s lightweight and very easy for a fitness instructor to use. It won’t shift or fall. There are no wires getting in the way. Overall I love this mic and would recommend it to any fitness professional out there
