I purchased this unit in February of 2014 and it's still going strong as of October of 2015. I have been very happy with the product. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because I have asked San Jamar several times over the past couple of years to please post a short video showing how to load a new roll OVER the existing roll. They have explained how to do it on the phone but it would be much clearer if they took 10 minutes to produce a simple video showing how to do it.Also, the product brochure says there is a way to download data to a pda to monitor usage but I can't find instructions anywhere about how to do that.
