Received the toilet in perfect condition. The vendor installed a ton of foam inside the box to protect the toilet. I installed the toilet, and it works flawlessly!

The quality of the toilet bowl is fine. The problem was researching the type of tank I needed. From all that I read on the website a regular tank would work. That was not the case, the bolt measurements on the tank are very important and it is not standard. I am a plumber with access to different types of tanks and also shopped Lowes and Home Depot without much luck.

Flushes and works as it should. Nice looking unit. I used the Saniflo upper tank (Saniflo 5 Toilet Insulated Tank with Fill and Flush Valves, White) with it to ensure it would fit. Nice size. Used 3" PVC pipe to mascerator with Fenco 3" to 4" coupler (Amzn- Fernco Inc. P1056-43). All good.

I ordered a new bowl as a replacement to a pre-existing installation with anchor bolts in a concrete floor - so casting consistency would be important here. I received a toilet with an anchor hole that was oblong and off-center, so the anchors wouldn't fit through even if they matched up. I ordered a replacement and the seller Upflush Toilet was fantastic to deal with, but the replacement also had issues - one anchor hole was at a fairly severe angle, and the tank mounting holes had sharp stalactites around the bottom edges. I guess be prepared to grind porcelain if you want to get it right. I ended up reassessing the install and going with an adhesive mounting instead of dealing with the holes.The previous bowl from the installation years ago was of a much better quality.
