If you want one perfect out of the box, go spend twice as much. If you're ok with working on it a bit (tightening bolts, adjusting belts, fixing hydraulic issues) this is for you, and it does work absolutely wonderfully. We've chipped 3acres of trees and brush without an issue (lots of issues during the first couple hours). Still working good running behind a 70HP Kubota, I park a 1yd or 3yd hopper next to my work area and shoot the chips into that to be used as mulch. Also speaking of mulch, if your chipping 3"- 8" trees you get a very nice "chip" clean and consistent. Anything smaller than 2" you start to get "strings" where it looks like it's ripping the wood apart rather than cutting. But like I said, it's great and I'm willing to bet it functions every bit as good as the USA Brands.

feed role handle broke at weld on first try. discharge shoot binds up and won't rotate. sheer bar to knife clearance will not stay adjusted. will not feed 2" soft wood. will not chip material but shreds it.
