There are many look alike products that are not anywhere near as reliable as this one.Pros:• Allows any PC Headset to work on Xbox 360• All cords fit nicely and don't fall out easy• Light & Does not get in the wayCons:• NoneOther Thoughts:• Is made of plastic so it could break if you put to much pressure on it• Came in nice wholesome package protecting it from bad shipping
