We celebrate "Chrismukkah" in our home since we are an interfaith family. Often we will decorate our home with both Christmas and Hanukkah decor. This Santa is perfect for our Chrismukkah decor, though I wish this Santa would have been available in a white or blue velvet suit as well as red. He has a detailed, cheerful face made out of some plastic type of material. He holds a resin menorah in one hand and wears a tallit. The tallit is not really authentic, but for this price, it might be too expensive for authenticity. Still, I would have preferred that Santa wear something more authentic. The blue ribbons on the tallit were fraying a bit. The menorah was nicely painted and was wired to his hand so it won't fall off. His suit was well made, as well as his hat with decorated with a sprig of holly. Santa's arms are posable, so you can position his arms in any way you like. For the price, he's an attractive, nicely-crafted Santa.

Chrismukkah made a huge welcome & greeting to everyone that saw him. It was very special and well made & to many people wanted to know where it was purchased!! Well worth the price!

We loved it, although it made me crave Chinese food on December 25

Despite what others reviewers are saying this is cute. There are so many families that share both Jewish and Christian faiths. This is a cute way to decorate and recognize both faiths during the holiday season. The good thing about 2023 is you have the power to purchase or pass if it offends you. I’m glad I got it, and plan on getting another as a gift.

I purchased this as a gift for someone who was raised in a Jewish and catholic household and celebrated all holidays. After reading the first one star review that took the “decoration” seriously I felt compelled to write a review myself as this is just a combination holiday decoration- nothing more, nothing less!

Santa is not Jewish no matter how you look at him. The tallit is a prayer shawl, worn by Jews when praying (d'oh) and on other RELIGIOUS OCCASIONS. Jews are often buried in a tallit with one of the fringes removed so that the tallit is no longer a valid garment. This product is insulting and disgusting. The maker should be ashamed of (choose one) their willful ignorance or their deliberate trivialization of religious practice. Where is the option for ZERO STARS?
