These are not cheap, fragile and easily broken. However, they were very well packaged and were intact. Not particularly easy to change out but strongly suggest you do it yourself. I have two furnaces. HVAC contractor wanted $300 APIECE to change them out. Took me 30 minutes to do the first, 10 for the 2nd. Saved myself about $430. So far so good.
