After I read many reviews on different stem risers, I decided to go with the Satori Height Adaptor. I made the right choice. The Satori adaptor is easy to install, stays securely in place, and adds 3.5" of height to my handlebars using all the spacers. This addition to my bike relieves neck, shoulder, arm, wrist and hand discomfort. I also added handlebars that are 3" higher than the stock bars. I'm an old man so I need all the help I can get.

Many bicycles are not built for tall people with bad backs. This product is perfect for what I needed. Quality material and installs in 10 minutes with a set of allen wrenches. Comes with multiple shims so you have some choice on height adjustment. I loved it so much on my commuter bike that I bought a second for my training bike. Eliminated the sore low back and numb hands. Money well spent!

This is the best accessory to my mountain bike other than a nice comfortable seat.This Stem extender allowed me to raise my handlebars high enough, three inches, to relieve neck, back, and hand pain.I mountain bike for fun and exercise and I want comfort. Bike manufacturers make bikes for people who want to race and are hunched low over their bikes for wind reduction. Who needs wind reduction when riding in the mountain trails? Rise up! and be comfortable.

Seit dem Einbau des Risers knarzt der Vorbau meines Bikes. Auch vorsichtiges Fetten hat nichts gebracht. Ist wohl aber prinzipbedingt.
