All right so I like the shoe/ sneaker but I had to size up. I normally wear a 9.5 in regular shoes and in minimus sneakers I wear a 10. For these I had to return a 10 and buy a 10.5. The shoe in width fits great as my feet are narrow but in length I had to size almost two sizes. But 10.5 fits really well. I wore them today and they are extremely comfortable. A word to the wise size up.

I should have gotten them in a half size larger, maybe in the fall I’llreorder. This particular shoe color was currently no longer available.

I'm a big Saucony fan and have 6 pairs in my closet. They always fit perfectly and are instantly comfortable. These particular shoes are different from my other pairs. My other pairs are all just advertised as running shoes, and they all have quite a bit of support. These are advertised as "cross country" shoes, which I figured meant basically the same thing as running shoes. But apparently cross country shoes are different. These are kind of thin and feel very light on my feet. For something that you would use to run cross country they have surprisingly little support. The soles are kind of thin. Maybe this is how cross country shoes are supposed to be? That being said, I don't run cross country I just wear them to the gym and I love them. Great color. Great fit. I'm happy.

This is my second pair of Saucony cross country flat running shoes. They are so comfortable and light weight. These are my running and walking shoes. Loved the color as well.
