I recently got this sauna box, and it’s helping me a lot for my relaxation routine. It is very spacious, there’s plenty of room . This box also allowing you to fully stretch out and relax without feeling cramped.It heats up super fast and provides dense steam for long time. The remote control is very convenient, letting you adjust the temperature and steam time effortlessly. I also add essential oil which helps me with stress and muscle relief .Overall, this sauna box is a fantastic addition to any home, providing an effective way to relax and rejuvenate.

This comes as close as possible to a real sauna at home. I really like the easy to set up and great overall quality. It sets up in minutes and takes down in minutes, allowing me to take it with me anywhere with a power source. The chair is a nice addition that allows flexibility. I wish that the see-through window was more like a door so I can watch TV while in the sauna also the for the window to not fog up (which I know is difficult to do).

Works great. Took me maybe 15 minutes to get it all set up anyone could do it. I added a few drops of essential oil (lavender) and felt like I was in heaven. Easily portable from one room to another if need be, and the chair is sturdy I am a big guy and it was comfortable. I only review something if it blows my mind or if it's absolutely terrible and I would give this 6 stars if I could for it's ease of assembly/use and practically/portability. Also the price seems to be a few bucks cheaper VS the competition on similar units, but there is nothing "cheap" about the construction of this at all. You won't be disappointed with this!

Ok - so my significant other has been asking for me to put a sauna in the basement for a while now, and I've been avoiding the investment mainly because I figure it's something we'll get no use out of (like the exercise bike and air hockey table and whatever else we buy that we insist we'll use a lot).I did a little compromise here and said I'd grab an inexpensive portable unit and see if it gets used. My hope was that it wouldn't work too well and the idea would pass. Au contraire!!This works just fine, better than I expected, to be honest. It gets warm fairly quick (it does take a few minutes to warm up, but my basement is also about 67 degrees right now!) and once its warm, stays warm. You steam and sweat and all things like a full sized Sauna would provide, but at a low cost, with a low footprint and its not permanent. If we keep using it, then maybe I'll stop being so cheap and install a something permanent, but for now, this is doing what the wife asked for and no complaints in the first few weeks (and that is remarkable!)

The sauna is easy to set up, compact and portable, affordable and gets pretty hot. Overall, if you’re on the fence, I’d say go for it. It’s not a replacement for a professional spa, but it’s an excellent option for anyone looking to bring some self-care into their home. I feel more relaxed, and my skin looks better too. Highly recommend!

This sauna helps you to enjoy the same sauna that is at the gym in the comfort of your home. The setup is easy and needs a plug point to connect. It also comes with a chair that can also be used in the beach. I have set this sauna in my car garage and I enjoyed the hot spa during the cold winter. This makes you feel fresh and energized after spending 15 minutes inside. Add a few drops of eucalyptus soil and it gives you a fresh minty steam. The pipes that carry the steam gets very hot. Please take care not to burn yourself by touching the hot steam. Now I save the gym membership fee every month as I used to go the expensive guy just for the sauna.

So wonderful having a spa experience in your own home. Super easy and quick to put together. It takes a second to heat up, but once it’s going, it is such a relaxing, relieving sensation. It’s spacious, chair is durable and comfortable, and the option for aroma therapy is nice cherry on top.
