Yes, it's a small sauna, but it's plenty of room for me and I weigh a little above 200lbs. However, I did decide not to use the cute little chair that comes with the sauna. It would probably hold me, but it's perfect for my wife and daughters and I didn't want to take a chance. 140 degrees is plenty HOT, and it's nice to have 9 different levels. I like it fairly hot, but sometimes I'll leave the window open, making it easy to breathe while keeping the temp up. Our master bath is not overly large so we do take the sauna down when it's not in use. But setup and takedown only takes a minute or two. just beware when you open the case ... it'll spring right out! A really nice personal sauna, even if the only person you'll have to talk with is yourself.

The instructions aren’t the greatest but once you get it put together it works great! I had to get an extension cord because the steam unit cord was pretty short. You have to make sure the part that twists into the steam unit is tight or the steam will escape out of the unit instead of pushing to the sauna. The remote control is nice to have in case it gets too hot. It folds up pretty small so it doesn’t take up a lot of room to store.

This sauna is small and practical, and can be used anywhere at home without taking up too much space. I am using the sauna in my bathroom; it does take almost all its space but I like to have it right there before my cold shower. I was using heat on max level and it’s still not too much for me, I could use a higher temperature if the tent had this option. I am also not so sensitive to heat. This is a steaming sauna, the heat comes from a boiling water tank located outside of the tent. I feel like I had a sauna outside of the tent as well as inside due to the high moisture level created by the hot water vapor of the tank. Best used in the bathroom, or somewhere you wont mind the humidity and steam that escapes. The tank capacity was good for 55 min cycle on max temperature. I had enough time to enjoy my meditation in the tent. The chair that comes with it is a very simple folding chair, I will replace it with something more comfortable. The preheat time is about 10 min. Not so roomy inside but enough space to sit down without touching the walls. It came with a bag and instructions on how to fold the tent inside of it. However, the bag is so small… I couldn’t do it. I store it flat under my bed.Overall, I like it.

Wow oh wow! I didn’t know what to expect, I had been having muscle issues and relaxation issues. When I got this I figured let’s try it.It takes 10-15 minutes to heat up and once is does it doesn’t stop. I really enjoyed how hot it got. I could consider this more a steam than sauna but I really like fast wet heat.My only qualm is how sort the three prong plug in is (pictured) it really just limited the placement of the sauna.Once down I just let it air dry and the folded it back into the small bag for future use (pictured) . The instructions included how to fold down (thank you) .Would highly recommend for someone looking for a quick convenient at home spa experience.

Great little sauna. My boyfriend tried it out and was pleasantly surprised he fit in there. He is 6'2" and 330 pounds so not a small guy and it was enough room for him to sit in. He said the chair seemed really sturdy too even though it looks like a small lawn chair and probably not rated for that much weight, it held up. The instructions were not great but you could still figure it out since there isn't much to put together. They included an extra inside steamer and an extra hose elbow which was nice.
