I’m 6’1” 275lbs and my shirt size is 3xl. I ordered a 4xl sauna shirt and couldn’t even get into the shirt. If I could’ve got the shirt on it probably would’ve squeezed the life out of me lol. The sizes on these shirts are way off. I think the 4xl is more like a large or xl at most. You would think the sizes would run bigger being that this is a product for people trying to lose weight.

This shirt is very effective and it’s also really nice quality. The only drawback is make sure you size up at least two sizes, I ordered for myself but couldn’t fit it so I had to give it to my son who used it right away and he loved it because it really makes you sweat.

I was a bit ticked off that the seller only provided this item for men. Yes, just ignore a demographic that makes up slightly more than half the population. Well, blast that, I said, I've been looking for this sort of shirt for quite some time now and I'm getting it! And if it fits terribly, well, they should have offered one for women or just give with unisex. And so I ordered the product.Stitching is a bit odd resulting in the sleeve portions sitting awkwardly on the shoulders. There's also insufficient allowance at the neck, so while wearing it, it feels like I'm being choked lightly. Shoulders naturally curve to the front, so more cloth is required in the back. A shirt also requires some slack in the armpits for arm movements. The cut and stitching do not adequately account for these anatomical features seen in all "normal" humans. I'm fairly certain this will be a problem for most people regardless of gender and hence deducted 2 stars.As far as the main function goes, this definitely helped generate heat and a sweat torso.

I'm and XL shirt, and I got the 2 XL. It was still a little tight to get on. Once on It works very well. I wore it while doing yardwork and my shorts were halfway soaked from all the sweating I did. Not sure if this will help in losing anything but water weight but I'm sure gonna give it a try. It also recommend hand washing, with all the sweat this thing absorbed I wish I could just throw it in the wash machine.

I got this for myself, but ended up giving it to my son. I'm quite tall, and always need at least 3XL clothing. I know these sauna shirts tend to fit tightly, so I ordered this 4XL one. It was still too tight for me, so I gave it to my son, and he loves it.Mu son is a former Division 1 volleyball player, who continue to play recreationally and coach. He really likes this shirt for some of his recreational league volleyball evenings, because, as it's intended to do, it really makes him sweat! It fits him tightly too, but has not ripped at all, and is proving to be actually fairly rugged. And for about $15, you can't go wrong.Recommended.
