Simple, exactly what we needed

There are several reasons to like this sauna thermometer, starting with its accuracy, which is very good straight out of the box. I also like that it has dual hands for humidity and temperature all within the same dial. The numbers are large enough to see from a few feet away. And best of all, this is completely analog, so you need not worry that it might be damaged in high temperatures. For these reasons, it's nearly perfect for use in a sauna and I highly recommend it.

This hygrometer/thermometer is just what I needed. The best part of it is that it can be calibrated. Out of the box, the temperature and humidity were slightly off. The unit has two screws on the back for adjusting both readings. For the humidity calibration, I put the unit in a bag with dampened salt (search for the salt test) for 24 hours, adjusted, then another 24 hours for the final adjustment. In the sauna the unit performed as expected. I'm happy to have this!

we put this in our small greenhouse, the temp and humidity gauge is easy to read and looks good in the tent

I like this one, easy to read numbers and also reads the humidity. I use this in a controlled environment where the temperature and humidity are crucial. You can grow anything anywhere as long as you can mimic their growing conditions of their native habitat. You could grow oranges in the far North as long as you make a portal of their natural growing conditions. I got this gauge for the greenhouse to monitor growing conditions. This is rather accurate and a very good gauge. This one deserves 5 stars

This thermometer and hygrometer combo does the job, but there are some downsides. It uses a simple analog bi-metallic method, and while the readings are pretty close to my digital one, the faceplate is loose, which makes it feel a bit flimsy. The temperature and humidity ranges are more narrow than I want, which could be an issue depending on how you use your sauna. I do like that it doesn’t require any batteries and the dial is easy to read through steam. It’s fine for casual use, but if you're looking for more durability or a wider range of measurement, you might want to explore other options.
