Shooting blunt tips is a hoot! I shoot at tennis balls in the grass between 18 and 25 yards. GREAT FUN! These make a cool sound hitting the balls and DO PENETRATE the tennis balls at 55 lbs at these distances. By the way, a tennis ball at 20-25 yards is a rather small target especially when sitting in grass.Moved on to shooting foam golf balls! Dramatically increases your skill level. Set the foam golf balls on tees or just in the grass at 20-30 yards. The blunt tips eventually tear up the foam but they are cheap enough.

Love them. Still haven't managed to hit a squirrel yet, but the heads stay on well, and seem to fly well. Also helps keep you from losing your arrow.
