The enclosure is well made and has the adapter ring for 6.5 speakers already mounted. It plugs in using the factory style connector. I used Hifonics zs65cxs shallow mount speakers. My marine speakers were too deep. The mounting holes for the speaker are setup for 4 screw mounting, 6 hole speakers did not line up properly.
