Good quality and beutiful but if you're a D cup and up it will not fit. I'm a 44 D and I couldn't get it over my chest even unzipped and with ties fully extended. I usually wear an XXL dress with this brand.

I got this because I like to wear corsets with skirts and dresses occasionally. I thought the print was nice so I got this one.HOW THIS ADJUSTSThe back of this has a full lace which adjusts the corset from the middle- that is why it is laced up that way. You pull it from the middle as a traditional corset used to lace up. There is also a small lace area at the top of the front.ZIPPERThe zipper on this corset seems strong enough, but if there was any doubt, I would install a hook or flap inside with velcro on it for extra support at the top and bottom. So far no issues.LENGTHThis is a shorter corset than I am used to with other corsets. I find that it looks better over a dress, or a blouse or shirt that is left out and not tucked in. If I try to wear it with a skirt or pants, it shows too much waist and I don't like to feel like I need to keep adjusting my clothing.COMFORTI wear a size 16 at the time of this review and this has to be unlaced quite a bit, but it still fits and is comfortable enough.BACK FLAPThe back flap under the lacing needs to be sewn into place. Some quick hand sewing secures the flap nicely and when I put on the corset, it does not bunch up or fold back. It makes it much nicer to wear. I just make sure that the top is adjusted first to my perfect fit before sewing the back flap in place.SHOULDERSThe shoulders have to be let down a lot too. That is kind of frustrating. I have to let them down quite a bit.LACINGThe lacing in this is not sturdy enough. I plan to try to get some longer laces that will stay put well but be more sturdy than the ribbon that was in the corset.THE BOTTOM LINEI like this corset. It is pretty, easy to adjust, but does take some work to make it suitable to wear without frustration as all of them do.MY RATINGFIVE STARS. I like this corset best with dresses or long blouses with the bottom ruffled out below the corset. It goes well with a lot of colors and outfits.

I wouldn't go by your usual size but I would go by their chart. I usually wear a 12 and got a 16 because I know these things usually fit small. I'm glad I did. I am a 36DDD and needed the extra room to put a shirt under it. It's SCA appropriate but it is not SCA period. The zipper makes it a little less than desired but it makes for an easy in and out corset. If you wear something over it no one will know and honestly no one should care. Its pretty colors and the fabric and construction is good. I did change out the lace to a leather stripping just to give it a more pirate look.

Other than the misnomer that this garment is a "corset," this pair of stays are cute! They're a fun way to dip a toe in slightly historical dressing. The stays itself is of a great quality, with well finished seams. I wouldn't say that it does any waist reduction (my measure is steel-boned corsets), but it does create a nice silhouette as a top.

I am a size 14/16 with size 38J bra. The 16 was what I ordered based upon measurements given by the company and I am beyond impressed. Although this is difficult to get into at first, it is easy to adjust for comfort, it is made of high quality material, and my chest is not only supported but also looks fantastic! I would give this more stars if I could because while wearing, my back did not spasm for the first time in many months from the weight of my chest. I love that this is able to go underneath my clothes or if I am feeling a bit brazen, can be worn as a top with a cute skirt! I might need to go get one in every color at this point!
