About this item

  • EU Size: 37.5 – US Size: 6-6.5 Women/5-5.5 Men | All-Day Comfort | A flat profile and passive last make the Force V the perfect climbing shoe for beginners climbers who don’t want to sacrifice comfort for performance.
  • Relaxed Heel Construction | Relieving pressure on your Achilles tendon, the relaxed heel design lets you climb all day without having to remove your shoes after every climb.
  • Vibram XS Edge Rubber | Offering superb support, the XS Edge rubber is stiff, consistent, and durable — ideal for climbers learning the nuances of foot placements.
  • Women’s Last | These climbing shoes feature a more narrow last and lower-volume heel cup for a women’s-specific fit.
  • Sizing Advice – Leather climbing shoes should fit snugly, but they can also stretch over time. An ideal fit should have no dead space, even after stretching. Use the sizing chart in the product images or description to find your size, then downsize ½ to 1 size for premium performance.

Fits great!!! True to size. Love the Velcro. Feel much better climbing on these than the rentals. They are so pretty too.

This is my second pair of climbing shoes. I meant them to be an upgrade to my cheap Black Diamonds when they wore out. I’m about to toss these and buy another pair of black diamonds. These are very tight in the toes, even for climbing shoes. They’re painful to wear and have caused bruising under my toenails, which was never an issue with my old shoes. I think they just run small (again, even for climbing shoes).

These shoes are great! I usually climb in the Scarpa Vapors, which are pretty aggressive and have been hurting my feet. The Scarpa Force V are the perfect combination of comfortable but still high performance. Great for all types of climbing and all skill levels of climbing.

First off, love the cushioned heel. For the right foot these will fit like a glove. However, I found the shoes to run very small. I normally wear 7-1/2 for street shoes, 8 for athletic/running shoes. I purchased EUR 39-1/2 (8-1/2-9 in American sizing). I should’ve gotten size 40. I realized this after the first climb. Hopefully they will stretch a bit to become wearable. caveat emptor!

I bought these in Sept 2019 so it’s been a year. At that time I had only been climbing about 6 months and currently had a pair of turantulace by la sportiva. I purchased these in store and ended up buying a 40.5. I should’ve went smaller. I wear a 7.5 in dress shoes and sandals. An 8-8.5 in gym shoes. These shoes were very snug when I first put them on of course but they obviously stretch. I still climb in them to this day and they are VERY comfortable but a 39.5 probably would have been a better choice.I’ve had no foot staining and they are holding up well. I climb at least 3 times a week indoors.

I am a street size 7.0 and got a 5.5 after returning them! I LOVE THIS SHOE, though. Best climbing shoe I have had thus far. I lead, sport, and boulder. Love it for all three. I've gone indoors and out with them. Great for both. Not stinky either :)

Very well made. This brand runs VERY SMALL but as long as you know that going in, you should be fine. I normally go a full size down in climbing shoes, but wear my normal size in these.
