I am an adult woman.My hands are a size small.And this retractable dog leash is perfect!! I have wasted so much money on those other products.That claim to be easier and more comfortable for your hands.This product looks very bulky.It’s not! I have a thumb that was slammed in a car door.And this retractable dog leash causes no pain or problems.Highly recommended for any adult with small hands.

This leash has been the best leash that we have used since we brought our lab home. He is 3 and weighs 105 pounds. This leash works perfect for giving him the appropriate amount of leash depending up the area we are walking. It is also much easier to use than other leashes that lock and unlock. Added bonus that it comes with a flash light. We love this leash.

I use this leash daily with my dog and I am very dependant on the ease of the flashlight, such a smart concept however the light broke after only a few months.

Unfortunately it's very heavy . The pullback line is not strong the leash closes back up slow .The light is good and strong, I use it for night walks with the dogs (without the leash).Was not very impressed with the poop bag container . The plastic seal where the bag is being pull out keeps falling off.In overall I wouldn't recommend this.

Needed to replace my previous extension leash as my fur baby wore it down. I was super pleased to find this sturdy and well built. The leash is relatively thick and the clasp is heavy duty which is perfect for my bully!! The xtended length, partnered with the built in flashlight and bag holder make walks easier and cleanup, especially in the morning or at night, is much easier not having to carry a separate flashlight!!! The entire unit is a bit bulky, but the handle provides a solid grip and the retention button is well placed and easy to switch from locked to unlocked. Would recommend for people with a larger hand.

A little disappointed in this leash. I waited too long to return, but I probably should have. The 26' length is what I was looking for in particular. Unfortunately, when the leash retracts, the ribbon tends to fold in half which keeps the length from fully retracting. I find myself unwinding and rewinding it by hand nearly every time I use it. The bag dispenser broke off in the first week, but I don't need it, so no big deal. The flashlight is a nice feature, but it's not very powerful. I spent hours searching for a compact retractable 26' leash. I really wish there was more to choose from in that length and style.

These retractable leads feel like lightweight cheap plastic toys and barely retract and sometimes do not retract at all due to far too weak of springs. The light is great and casts a bright light at night. Even the grip is large and quite comfortable such as for gloved hands in the winter. The poop bag holder is standard but so cheaply executed with a plastic carabiner that it is easy to simply fall off. However, since the line barely retracts it is worthless as a dog walking lead. I am returning all three of them that I purchased. This item shouldn't be allowed to be sold on Amazon.

This retractable dog leash is exactly what we've been looking for! A bit large and intimidating right out of the box, it has worked well for the past few days on walks with our 68lb dog. When holding the handle, the housing feels balanced with the led flashlight angled toward the ground at 45 degrees. It is true the spring inside the housing is not strong snap back like a retractable vacuum cleaner cord but I wouldn't want my dog to feel that pull anyway, as I bought this to give her the freedom to sniff and explore while still on leash, and I use voice commands to bring her back to me rather than anything else. The leash itself is wide and visible instead of a thin cord that could wrap around something and be hard to untangle. No issues with it folding over itself when retracting back to the housing. We anticipate using this leash more than any of our others!

It was a bit larger than I expected. But works well. No issues when using it. I like having a flashlight mounted on it, keeps a hand free. It’s a little slow rolling back in and our dogs leg has gotten tangled up in it. We only use our retractable leashes when we go out to potty. We’ll see how long it’ll last. So far so good.
