It's heave, so you really have to match those RPMs, otherwise you're causing extra clutch wear. Also, when I start the car, makes a weird noise, like if it didn't fit properly with the starter, which it did. Also, it might not be the flywheel, but there's a weird noise when it's engaged in 1st gear and coming to a stop.Still works after a while though.

Installed this flywheel on a 2004 BMW 325Ci. Perfect fitment and has worked great so far. This kit comes with 8 flywheel bolts and has locktite at the ends. This flywheel has a 240mm friction surface and weights about 38 lbs. Only thing is, make sure you clean the contact surface really well. There was some specks of oil/dirt/rust residue on the contact surface. Clean it with a some rubbing alcohol and a clean rag first. Then I would spray it down with some brake cleaner to really clean up the surface and get rid of any oil/grease. Then if you can help it, never touch that surface again. Once you bolt down the flywheel to the engine crank, spray the flywheel surface again with brake cleaner just to make sure it's clean from the install.Ordered from Amazon, they got the best price on this item. Installed easily. But only if you have the clutch tool (sold separately, but cheap) and follow the instructions exactly. This is not a high-performance clutch, but a factory replacement and it feels like a brand new, factory clutch. Purchace all new fasteners - this kit contains the flywheel bolts, only (again, cheap ($20)). Figure 6-hours on a lift and 8-10 on jackstands (exhaust and driveshaft make working on jackstands clumsy. You need about 30-inches clearance for fast working.
