This is a game changer for a spa like bathroom. IF you are going to retile your bathroom, kitchen or anything and want cozy feet in winter, these floors are amazing. I live in Alaska, were it drops to -30 degrees and is cold cold cold in winter. These floors, are amazing. We can turn them off easily in summer, the app is super easy to program. The touch screen keypad also provides all sorts of useful information, like if you want to track how much electric you consume, the daily weather, a clock. Important-there are two heat sensors, we found the ones in floors were too finicky, once we switched to the thermostat sensor (setting the floors to work controlled by the room temp as opposed to the floors) we found it worked much better. Because we were getting too many inaccurate readings from the floor sensors. Overall we love these floors, it is amazing our master bathroom is a spa thanks to these floors, our canine companions also love them. You will never regret having heated floors.

This product works great and is easy to install. I wasn’t sure how much I would use heated floors. Sometimes features like this end up sounded better than they are in practice. In this case, I love having warm floors in the morning and at night in the bathrooms. I would definitely buy again.
