I needed a ground bar for direct ground in my breaker box, can't believe those don't come with. This fit perfectly. Two screws securely hold this to the Circuit box, which had several predrilled mounting possibilities, making this very easy to install. The terminal allows for easy, secure, connection of grounding wires. Keep in mind that the big lug needed to run to earth ground needs to be purchased separately and takes two terminals up. When looking at a grounding lug, be sure to note which direction the main ground wire will come from and how the grounding lug will be position. A difference of 90 degrees will make installation impossible, grounding cables don't bend easily and shouldn't be.
