3 locks with keys are included, but the locks will only fit the largest box. Too big for the medium and small boxes. And, even if they did fit, there isn't enough room for the boxes to fit inside with the locks in place. The chests themselves are rough and required sanding so as not to cause splinters. Disappointing, wouldn't buy again.
