Had a suspension refresh recently on my 1999 Toyota 4Runner which included the upper control arms kit by Scitoo. My mechanic said that it fits perfectly and he didn't have to force anything to make it fit. Fit and functions like OEM.

Got it done myself, not a mechanic, but I followed the TMC shop manual instructions to complete the task, difficulty rating is a personal thing, but if you are prone to get frustrated by rusted parts, specialized tools and set up precautions, then hire a professional mechanic and pay the price.
