This Phone Screen Magnifier from the VILLFUL Store is a great concept for enlarging the phone screen to watch movies and videos. The magnifier works well and does enlarge the screen but the box is made cheaply. There is a slot to slip a phone into at the bottom of the box. The box has telescoping levels, unfortunately the box doesn't stay where it is positioned. Also the top of the box is made of a plastic lens inside of a cheap plastic frame. I removed the top to see the construction of the item and at least two of the tiny fasteners broke very easily. There is a small plastic "stand" on the side to hold the box at a slightly slanted viewing angle.While this is a good concept, I would not recommend spending money on this item. It's not worth the cost. However, if it were made better, I can see this being a popular item for people who use their phones for movies and such. It is not intended to play games on because of the required placement of the phone inside the box.

The magnifier works, but it is designed for landscape only. There is no foot to use this in portrait mode. The foot to incline in landscape mode is too short for use on a desk. In both cases, a book fixes the issue. If using to read an eBook, the unit collapses when holding the bottom and the phone slips out if holding the top. It is not heavy so tape is enough to hold it open. The magnification works well except where there are bubbles or dents in the plastic lens. Dust collects on the inside but the bezel can be removed allowing the lens to be removed and cleaned. This is really over priced for what it is.

Would be OK if my phone would fit without removing its fairly slim case
